You are the only other cook that I have heard say that they use White Sharp Cheddar Cheese for their recipes. And then use the yellow Sharp cheddar cheese along with the white cheddar because they are both great tasting cheeses but there is a bit of a difference between the taste. So I use both cheeses also.

In the recipe you put '1tbsp of garlic' which is tablespoon not teaspoon. Teaspoon is tsp.
