Man this looks good….!!!
Excellent
This recipe would make my German Mamma proud, I don't have as many rib scraps but I will be tossing in some Buc-EE'S pork & beef sausage to take up the slack, I thing Eckrick smoked sausage would work well with this as well. Have you already done a recipe on collard greens and smothered pork chops, and maybe some patato salad ? That's some real Soul Food cooking, or like we say in the South, " Home Cookin' ", Ha,ha!!!
Might add the sausage at the 1 hour mark, what do you suggest?
Good to bake them up with some sourkraut and bisquick dumplins on top at the end.
Man, besides the Cajun spice.. this looks like something my German grandmother would make.
Nothing went in the trash, it all became another hearty meal, and often with cabbage involved. Must be the ultimate cheap and tasty stew/goulash/borscht filler, lol
Some good eats Papa Joe! Great use of rib trimmings…glad ya swung by…definitely looking forward to your future cooks!👍 have a great one brother, you all stay safe!👍🍻👊
Another one 💪
You make that look so easy to make and it looks amazing
I was in when I saw the cabbage. Rib tips + cabbage + onions + Tony's = genius.
Now that looks tasty! Genius to not waste the trimmings. I may do this with a full rack of ribs since it's gonna be near zero here in TX next week! Brrr! 🥶🥶🥶
Looking good! Love some cabbage. When you took that first bite off screen I was thinking maybe you have a future in ASMR. Just another money making opportunity! Great video! – Mac
CJ that looks so good. Definitely going to give it a try
