    I got it right! I made fresh tofu for the first time the other day. Wasn’t perfect results but was still tasty. but the texture looked the same if the dish you were having. I wonder what they a put in it.

    Newsflash, other countries have their own version of potato salad… The US-centric views in the comments is tiring. You guys really think the world revolves around you. Your culture and foods are less than 300 years old, aside from native american ones, there are food recipes in other nations that are older than your country.

    Fun fact: wealthy families in the olden days had their workers use okara wrapped in cloth for polishing wooden floors. It’s said that the soy pulp was great for removing dirt and the oil in it made the floors shiny.

    That doesn't look like any potato salad I've ever seen or had lol my guess was something along the lines of wasabi or maybe a seafood salad of some kind. My first thought was far from potato salad.
