Here in Minnesota we eat this slow cooked in the crockpot. We cook it until it falls apart and eat in on rolls with yellow mustard! Maybe i'll send you the recipe and some cash, you can make a video on the better way to eat this. Also, not that its the right way, but here it is called Por-ket-uh.
