I just wanted to thank you. I tried your beef and onion recipe last night and it was so much fun, so tasty, and I think the first chinese dish I really made where I don't think I could've done any better.

    Thank you so much!!

Holy cow! I have 3 instant pots, a 3, 6 & 8-quart. They absolutely make the best rice ever. But how the heck did I never know that the rice Cup and the lines inside the pots go together? I always do equal parts rice to water but never knew that trick. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you Flo and Guy for your wonderful recipes. I never really learnt to cook the simple home dishes since my mother had pasted away when I was young. The pandemic has allowed me to have the time to learn to cook from watching your YouTube channel.

Wondering, if you know how to make the dumplings either streamed or deep fried that grandmothers and aunts would always make for the holiday season.. Not sure, what they are called since the restaurant never really had them. I just remember having them as a kid whenever we went over to my grandmothers house for new year. I think they were stuffed with meat and vegetables. Thank again.

Hi Flo👋 It’s my understanding that the “keep warm” function only engages AFTER the IP has depressurized. I like to use it because it keeps track of the time elapsed after pressure cooking time has ended. I got a great deal on the IP Mini Duo a couple of years ago. It’s become my go-to for rice, and some main dishes, too, since I’m normally cooking for one. Thanks for your wonderful videos. I own both of your books. ❤️

Same for me Flo.. I can only managed about 2 dishes with rice or 1 dish with soup and rice. I am in the same team as you are.. But still the 2 dishes is full pack with all the nutritious ingredients to feed for the family. 😁😋😋

When I cook rice in my instapot I usually mix brown and white rice, plus I add a tablespoon of Minnesota grown wild rice. That is cultivated in the bogs of northern minnesota and southern manitoba. adds a nice color and appearance.
