I am so happy I came across your channel! I love fast easy tasty food, to cook and eat. I know this taco salad was more complicated. I have a step daughter, daughter in law, and son in law who thinks if you use canned items or aren't "authentic" when cooking Mexican or Italian food, it doesn't count and they don't consider that cooking. I certainly don't have your skill and creativity, but I like to cook quick and as simple as possible, and I don't have to do every ingredient from scratch so they think I can't cook and I don't like cooking for them. You are amazing and I'm gonna try all your dishes and they won't be able to deny how good they are! Thank you!

Can't remember where but I saw a video where they used a flute cake pan to bake two "pillsbury" french bread. Once ready, they cut it in half and added meat and cheese in the middle then rebaked a little more.
Do you have any ideas or recipes using french bread?

Looks a lot like my taco salad without the pasta and more salad……we add drained and rinsed ranch style beans and use Catalina dressing

You should make a antipasta salad using those noodles and black olives, ham, salami, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese all cubed and add Italian dressing

You ever hear of a bag salad? Everthang goes in a bag.. i could give you a list of at least 25-26 thangs i put in mine-(except dressing (croutons) it goes on once the salad is in the bowl) then tie the bag and shake it and mix everthang really good. When done you can dump it in a bowl or just spoon it out of the bag then finish garnishing however you like. (Its the bag that gets people cuz it can be a walmart, dollar tree, target bag.. up to you if its a newbie or a used one!) Its work cutting everthang up (if i KNOW im gonna make this i try to cut some 1-2 days before and the day of ) but if you love salad it is so so worth all your hard work. When im done my bag can be halfway full or more..depends on how many are eating. Its not a cheap dinner now days for sure but its filling and absolute delish! 👍
