    What's the best way to reheat to revive the rice? (I normally fix fried rice with my leftovers so I'm not well versed in reheating rice so that it retains moisture.)

Can I substitute the rice for purple rice if so will it affect the overall calorie count? What’s the portions of rice? I don’t see the portion size on the recipe page.
