Love your mood! Ciao from Sicily
My oats are soaking now! I'm looking forward to trying this.
Looks yummy! Thanks for sharing. BTW, I can’t let you keep calling your Erlenmeyer flask a graduated cylinder,😄😃
Thanks for the inspiration! Definitely going to try this. Could you share what brand of live cultures/probiotics you used (in the packet)? You’re the best 🌱🙂🤙
That's not a graduated cylinder. It's an Erlenmeyer flask. There's quite a difference. Sorry, but I'm a chemist. So, I notice things like that. I've got to try and make some yogurt. I miss it.
I make soy yogurt all the time in the instant pot, didn't have luck using store bought oat milk, I'll try this with making my own milk, thank you
Ladies. Check out the video on The Wholefoods Plant based cooking show on making oat milk.
You don’t have to soak the it’s and don’t have to blend them that long.
Love the bowl and thanks for the video.

Would you still post this experiment if the results were a failure? I'm curious because all your "experiments" on this channel are a success!
I’ve tried the name brand oat milk yogurt and didn’t care for the taste of it. I’m wondering if trying to make my own at home would be much more palatable for me.
I have been making different kinds of yogurts in my instapot, but haven’t tried oat yet. What I have found through trial and error is to not make milk…but to make it thick like cream so that I don’t need to worry about runny yogurt. I struggled with ways to thicken the yogurt initially until I had one of those “duh” moments…just make the base thick to begin with. Lol…live and learn the hard way.
You might want to put in a teaspoon of agar to the oat milk before it boils on the stove top to thicken it if you like it thicker. Then cool it and add probiotic. I saw this on a video for making coconut milk yogurt.
Love your bowl, it's beautiful! Thanks for the recipe, I'm going to try this!
