Your recipes are really good and your channel is very sympathetic. It is very good that you always give the metric numbers on each ingredient and the macro overvie at the end. I think here in this video was a little typo, the cocoa powder is 65gr total not 5.4.. But still, the calories on the whole thing are amazing!

Help me Pernilla! I made this cake last night and it was a flakey consistancy? Not a smooth consistency like your video? The only difference I did was use Coconut flour? 170 grams or 3/4 cup right? Ty.

The cake looks very good but the macros are totally incorrect , If we only calculate the calories from carbs, we’ll have about 824 calories, which is higher than the calories you have put in the vid.
If the macros are correct then a slice of this cake would be almost 163 calories , and the entire cake would be 1298 calories rather than 777

This took a while but here you go guys:
    3/4 cup yogurt
    1/2 cup milk
    3/4 cup eggs whites
    Then whisk

    1/4 cup sweetener (roughly)
    1/4 cup cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    3/4 cup flour
    1 scoop protein powder
    3/4 tsp baking soda
    Mix

    Bake for 35 minutes at 320 °F

    Frosting:
    3/4 cup yogurt
    2 tbsp sugar/stevia
    1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
