Tried this, I think my eggs were too big so the mixture was really thin and when I put it into the oven it dripped onto the piezo and gas wouldn’t light! I ended up, head in oven scraping gunk off of the burners! 😂
Trying again with smaller eggs 🙄

Easy Peasey recipe. I'll try that for sure, and it's totally carnivore. I bet those noodles could be freeze dried and reconstituted. Awesome.

These are the noodles I make because I'm 95% carnivore and will not use nut flours. I also use pork rinds in chaffles. But, I use cream, eggs, vanilla extract, sucralose, some cinnamon, nutritional yeast, eggs, and mozzarella. I find them very tasty and eat them for breakfast with bacon and eggs.

I have seen Anita make these a few times and I think I am going to try it. I do like Nili's gelatin crepes made into noodles and o that pretty often. Also I have been using Healthy Noodles from Costco. I find that if you over cook them they are too soft and they fall apart. I can't wait to try this. I have flavored pork panko I can use too.

I was wondering if you were to cook the whole thing longer, would you then have actual crackers? Probably would have to take them out at about 8 minutes to cut them into squares, then bake some more. All kinds of seasonings could be added to make flavored crackers. Just curious.

Hi, years ago when I first started keto and had no clue, I made a noodle in the microwave and my Keto lasagna was born. one large egg one tablespoon of sour cream and one tablespoon of almond flour (literally no salt or baking powder) blended in blender and poured into a oiled glass 9×11 Pyrex baking dish and microwave for 90 seconds or until set.
i left in the dish and added my keto pasta, cooked with meat sauce and then poured another
noodle as before right on top of the sauce and microwaved again until it looked like I wanted it to. i then added more sauce along with Parmesan and mozzarella and preceded to do this until I had a huge lasagna, enough to feet us for days. i just stick with it because it is simple and it works every time.

@Keto Twins Regarding Pork Rinds😊. I have tried every brand ( some because of their low cost) the ones I LOVE are "Small Batch Southern Recipe" I think because they are fried in Sunflower oil and have some amazing flavors ( Kimchi bbq, dill pickle) they are my ride or die favorites! Made in Ohio!! Love you both!

Also try Anita's non-carnivore version! Really good, just as easy. You just need to wait a few minutes for the mix to thicken up from the psyllium. Anita is a noodle star. These are truly my fave, in terms of texture, taste, tweakability and being fast and easy to make!

This is my go to noodle recipe ever since seeing it on the ketogenic woman's channel when she first published it. It makes wonderful lasagna noodles and freezes well.
Glad to see you found it and like it too.

This looks good, gonna make it. I've also made noodles from a Cooking With Mel video – egg, almond flour, cream cheese I think … I forget what else. You pour it out and bake it the same way. These noodles are good – but this one may be better.

One thing that she has, is a mat with a “lip” so that you don’t have to worry about the batter running off the mat and making a mess. I am waiting for mine to come from Amazon and I will try this recipe again!

I like this recipe, too. The texture is the best, IMHO, so far. Ketogenic Woman mentioned your test and sent me here. I'm planning to check in to see what else you girls are up to.
