Yo Ethan, I love your videos. Very informative. However I got to tell you this Vite sponsor has horrible fulfillment issues. I watched your video and ordered some noodles for my home and my daughter at college and after 7 weeks I'm still waiting. I reached out to them on a couple of occasions and was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt but 7 weeks? Just not workable. I've asked for a refund. Keep the videos coming. Very informative and very valuable. I know you're not responsible for your sponsors performance but I wanted to let you know. Peace.

Umm.. MSG on a cutting cycle is a no. No one should ever consume it due to the insulin response but on a cutting cycle, it's a ridiculous suggestion. When researchers need obese rats for a study they don't give them more food, they give them MSG with the same calories and end up with obese rats. I refuse to believe you've lost any body fat while consuming msg.

Salsa gives sandwiches a juicy kick & so much more easy as it stays fresh in fridge, great on baked potatoes instead of butter. Guacamole can be made with green peas & less avocado to cut fat & makes a great mayo/ cheese substitute.
    FORGET MSG!!!
    Shame on you🤪🤪🤪

Try substituting the protein noodles with konjac noodles and you loose almost all of the calories that come from the regular ones, also they tend absorb the sauce way better. You can then throw in some more meat or something else to make up for the protein.

I think I love what you’re doing your someone who enjoys your food, but how to get the main hit without it making you fat. My only comment is the amount of salt appears high. If there was anyway to counter that a little via herbs.

THANK YOU for the knowledge about Naked Noods! I love Ramen, and have read many packages and, until now, have seen that ramen is very high in sodium. For example, Hakubaku Authentic Ramen Noodles, which is offered by Amazon, has 1370 mg of sodium in 3.5 oz. of noodles without flavor.

I am anxious to try it.
