Wow that dip looks amazing. You could use zucchini as a carrier as well. Cucumbers give me heartburn but I love them. Zucchini doesn’t. I would eat that as a meal. Both of the chips look pretty easy to make and yummy. Gonna try these out. Thanks Ladies!

Your crab dip looked delicious. I don’t think I’ve ever seen crab meat in a can before. (Making mental note) I finally broke my bad habit of eating Doritos. I don’t think I’ve had any this year!

So I've been trying to go keto for about 2 weeks but am just starting to wonder if I can maintain this. I've been in so much lower abdominal pain I can barely walk at times or stay off the toilet (sorry tmi) can anyone please tell me if this goes away because I'm not sure I can physically take these affects. I have a young son who's about to start kindergarten and he's VERY active and right now it's hurting to do anything with him. I have started to lose weight and inches but I'm not sure I can handle this pain and gas.

I never thought to look for crab meat in a can! I have made a few of Joe Duff's recipes, his video for a grilled cheese sandwich turned out fantastic. Thanks for both of these ideas, will definitely be making the Crab Rangoon.

Perfect timing for this video! I am always craving something crunchy! I love vegetables but chips can’t be beat! I am not a fan of crab meat but I love crab rangoons! I’m definitely going to make this dip too! Thanks so much for another great video. Love Joe Duff!😊Can you recommend a good protein powder to use in some of these recipes? I’m clueless, lol. Should it be vanilla or plain? Thanks!

Thanks yet again ladies for another tasty/easy addition to my keto journey! Like another poster said, love several other keto YT-ers but you girls are so much more fun!! None of the others regularly make me giggle like y’all do so I am shocked you aren’t over 100K yet but so so close and so so soon!

I have also started drinking element because of you guys. I have been on keto now for since 2017 in December and I have lost about 80 lb so far that is a guess because I will say boob and did not weigh myself in the very beginning, basically because I hated to see the number and I never ever wanted to get on a scale. I am 5'3 so you know how chubby I was and that is a sweet word for being fat instead of chubby.

You guys are so funny I just love both of you you are so sweet and you make so many odd faces but you're still both very beautiful even if you look surprised sometimes at some of your recipes when they are finished that just makes your series even better because you are so realistic. Please never quit making recipes. I have one suggestion for a new recipe and that is the new egg bread I hope you can make that on YouTube that would be great I have never tried it yet and I know you guys are very realistic

I use the zero carb La Banderita street taco size tortillas, cut them with a pizza cutter, spray them with avocado oil, sprinkle some salt and air fry them for approximately 6 minutes at 400 degrees F. They are so good as nachos.

Have you tried Low carb tortilla chips from All day I dream about food? They are great! Less than 1 net carb per serving using finely crushed pork rinds instead of almond flour. I have also tried substituting parts of nut flours in other recipes with "pork flour" as Steve from Serious Keto calls it. Works great and lower the carbs.🇸🇪

Are there any important tips for using canned crab meat? Like do I need to sift carefully for shell fragments? Pretend I'm a kindergartener…thanks! The dip sounds DELICIOUS!!!

YUMMMMMMM that looks so good! Especially with the cheddar "chips" which are basically a triangular cracker. But who cares what you call them, they look BANGIN' lol. Once I get back to the US (where people have ovens and actual cheddar cheese, unlike in the Philippines) I'm gonna make these with the crab rangoon dip for a card game night.
