I'd like to learn how to make Silver Noodles. I think it might be a Cantonese dish with clear noodles, rice pork, celery, molasses, and I don't remember what else. My grandmother, my aunt, and one of my cousins were able to make this delicious dish. They received the recipe from the Chinese family who had a restaurant in Chicago Chinatown in the early 1950s.

However my problem is I can't afford all the different kitchen gadgets you use and would really appreciate it if you could just quickly add how one can get the recipe correct without an airfryer etc. Also could you please have another video on a more comprehensive ingredient list. Flo, Dude, your starting intro brought tears to me! What Jesus has done for us is unimaginable to me and speaking about it and hearing about it causes tears! Simple Faith is all He asks and to speak it to all, He loves us so much and desires us to love each other but not to engage in the sin around us. He walked among the rough and downtrodden and gave them the answer to their woes but He never sunk into the dens with them! I Bless you for your faith and for including it in your vlogs. There are so many things I miss eating since finding out I’m celiac (dumplings 😢), but I’ve found really good gf ingredients at my Asian market so much cheaper than gf ingredients at the regular market. Of course, I love learning about just about anything you do, I enjoy watching your recipes even if I can’t eat all of them!
Hi Flo and Dude, I struggled a long time to understand Religion. Took many classes and still never got my answers. I became an atheist and have never looked back. BUT I enjoy your videos and I support you through Patreon. Everybody enjoys food, no matter the belief. You do you and I will do me. But I will enjoy your videos and eat your food.

Happy New Year! Found your channel this autumn but haven´t been looking much at The Tube the last months, to much to do. First; I don´t share your religion but it´s ok for me that you speak about yours, I try to respect everyone as long as people respect earth – nature, the animals and their fellow human beings. I want to give praise for your vlog, keeping it simple, easy to understand (I don´t have English as my native language and also have hearing issues) and more of "real" chinese/asian meal that what I can get at our local restaurants. Been to China twice, Beijing, Chongqing and Guangzhou, great food but the meals I got in Guangdong…oh dear, so amazingly tasty! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and I will make a wish for your cookbook for my birthday!
