I’ve been following Dr. Esselstyn, Dr. Greger, Dr. Barnard and Dr. McDougall for many years. Whole family is plant based. I love your show so much. Your cook book just arrived a couple of days ago. Kids love the blondies. So delicious.

You could make these in a 9×13 pan and cut them to the size you want for your bread too, couldn't you?

this looks so good 😀 and gf!!! yay! i've really struggled with going GF :(. I'm allergic to quinoa (i used to eat it about 20+ years ago no prob, when you could only buy it from health/specialty stores…once it became popular & commonplace & was available in grocery stores I found it made me violently ill…& I always bought organic..so sad as its such an awesome food)…so i'm wondering if short grain brown rice would be an ok sub? Thanks Jill! BTW you look very lovely today 😀
