Yum! We do a similar dinner but add peas and carrots to it. Like the shredder too. We use a single hand mixer to shred our chicken.
Yes, I have made that dish in a regular pot on the stove & added frozen peas. I have an old time pressure cooker but haven't used it in years. Maybe I should try making this using it. 😊
