Hi, I make this dish 4 × a month. I'm Puerto Rican and my husband is Mexican he asks for this dish a lot or the chicken version.
We eat this dish with white rice or Puerto Rican yellow rice plus occasionally we also add fried plantains chips on the side its amazing.
Y'all can add more veggie into it.
Once in a while I make it traditional and add Mexican salsa into its came fantastic.

Not heard of Carne Guisada before. It sounds delicious. I don't have Adobo but do have a couple packages of Sazon Seasoning. I understand it to be a Latin America type of Chili Seasoning.
