    What a delicious video Dr. Berg! I don't consume anything sweet anymore and I feel just amazing. But burgers & Pizzas. I beg Please let me have them. I make them myself. There are raw vegetables, beef/ mutton fried in butter, please let me have them… 😉

    I'm a big fan, Dr Berg! But a European one, and I need to ask my Google Assistant for unit conversion about five times during some vids, not least this one. Is it possible at all to include metric units when talking weights and volumes? Tack from Sweden!

    Would a whole grain bread be good? I mean its still bread, so would it be considered healthy? Will it increase risk my chances of obesity, heart disease, etc? Pls answer, im really hoping for an answer.

    This is why the statistics for the corona virus is completely different for our country. In Asia they eat a lot of fermented foods and not a ton of sugar which is why their system is stronger and can fight off the virus hence lower mortalities. Unlike in the states and Italy that only consume carbs, sugars and rarely anything fermented so they have terrible gut health and you can guess why we have more fatalities.

    I am from Romania and i drink soda max 3 cans of 330ml per month, i used to drink all the time soda instead of water, i eat bread but max 5 slices per month and i also combine the bread with fats (i know is not healthy, but i think everything in moderation is ok), i prefer my patatos baked, but once a month i eat chips or french fries, i dont like ice cream that much, but when i eat i go to a local gelatery and there is frozen yogurth (i think it have sugar but is delicious) and free sugar ice cream, i like hot dogs, but not the buns, i like eating cremwursts and even if isnt healthy, i try to buy the ones with the best ingredients on the label, pizza (my guilty plesure), also i eat pizza once a month, i dont like oreo (dont judge me, i prefer dark chocolate), i love chicken nuggets, but i eat them 2-3 times a year, and donuts… i think maybe once a year?! My big issue is the sugar, i love too much sweets.🙈 anyway, the point is moderation. Do it, but think more before, and you have to question yourself if that is what you want. I manage to lose weight (from 85,5 to 71,7)… it will take time, but you have to consider what dr. Berg teach us with every video he make. There are so much information we all can use. We will be good👍🏻 i believe in you❤️

    I was genuinely surprised oreos were on here. I hardly ever get them. My vice is ice cream, something about it curbs pain for me, which I get desperate for when I'm in a fibromyalgia flare. That's when my will wavers, I can be doing really good on keto and then hit one 2-3 week flare and I just crumble from the constant drain from high pain levels. I know logically that ice cream will agitate fibro long term but when I'm crying from pain I end up getting some.

    I have been off the wagon and struggling to get back on , i was 197 and down to 147 in four months with IF and a reduced caloric intake and regular exercise 3-4 days a week . I had chronic migraines from sleep apnea which are now gone no cpap machine or surgery or drugs , I feel so much better all around and I can’t thank you dr. Berg and Thomas delauer for all the help and information you give to the public . If you’re watching these videos all you have to do is commit to yourself and try and you will reach your goals ..!!

    i never eat fastfood, and bread, eating fruits veggies, sometimes meat, and onley organic , en one little piece of dark cholat ,never eat pizza because my body react imidiatly that it is not good for me, but sins the mispause, i gain weight and i eat less, the body of a woman is realy complex in the midpause, ,

    As a carnivore eater now, I can't eat that stuff anymore. I remember eating stuff like that, but those days are over. I do have cravings, every once in a while, for a donut or even bread, but I know what it will do to me. I now eat for proper nutrition.
