Hi this looks good but I am allergic to soy. If I omit it, what can I substitute?
I made this twice. Once with substituting a lot of ingredients and second time find all the ingredients. Both turned out beautifully! Would like to keep making this till I get it down fast. I am a slow cook so this one takes time with all the components.
I just made and found it very easy to follow. I opted for the thicker pho noodles and my only complaint is there is absolutely nowhere near enough sauce! If you're thinking of making this and you love your noodles to pack a punch, double the sauce!

Tried this and it's good! But I overcooked the noodles and it's all breaking apart! So it doesn't look good presentation wise but the taste it fantastic.
