Why not pressure cook the meat? Is there a a difference in quality when using the "meat" setting over the "pressure" setting?

For me the best tamales are made with real masa not Maseca , and yes it’s a lot of work , I cook the meat or chicken with the sauce a day before that way it’s not runny and you can spread it better , but good job 👏

Any tamales are my favorite… I made some a few weeks ago but ran out of meat so I used cheese sticks and picked Jalapeno's… When they were done I Open the pot the cheese melted out all over the pot, oh gosh, I decided the next day to break them all up and make a tamale pie it was awesome. Love Chili Verde though.
