I've never heard 1 person call it a spuckie in my 11yrs of living in Western Massachusetts and I've eaten Grinders (what they are called) all up and down new england. In New York it's called a hero in jersey a torpedo, hero, hoagie depending on the side of jersey u on although Google does say that Boston is were this spuckie comes from it but it is most definitely a 1 off or small region and or part of bean town to call it that but it's most definitely not popular and or commonly use just a lil insight for folks not on the east coast

Love the intro guys! Seeing you make this reminded me of another amazing sandwich- The Muffaletta, especially the one from Napoleon's House in New Orleans. Would love to see you make that!

Looks great. Only suggestion is to TBO. Take bread out of the top half. That means dig your fingers into the bread and pull out some of the extra. I like meat ball sandwiches and Italian sausage sandwiches that way.

I love your show and tune in often. max . . Max! . . . MAX ! Puh-lease, MAX – cut waaaaay down on the JUMP-CUTS. Changing angles is good, yes. But, use a same-camera JUMP-CUT, only occasionally . . . drives me NUTS, max . . Max! . . . MAX !!. . . take it easy. And you don't need SO many odd, intrusive video-'inserts' just to look 'cool'. . . drives me NUTS, max . . Max! . . . MAX !!

Once at the Disneyland Hotel around 1983 when I was in high school — a bunch of us school kids were having fun enjoying the shopping center because it was free to loiter, basically, and one of the restaurants we decided to stop at for dinner made me the most incredible sandwich, similar to this one, and served it with a side of Italian dressing, to make the whole experience more moist and vivid! And it was really good. Good enough for me to sit here and peck out a little review of the Disneyland Hotel’s eateries at that time, which were affordably priced but lovely.
