This looks so delicious. But be careful. You may be thin & beautiful but shrimp & prawns are high in cholesterol. A 3-ounce (85-gram) serving contains approximately 161 mg of cholesterol. Some skinny people can have high cholesterol problems.
Some canned fish can have high amounts of cholesterol. Check with your doctor for details. Some seafood are completely healthy and have their benefits as they largely constitute of polysaturated fatty acids which are good for heart health.
People in America lose track of watching their diets. Since Chinese food is so yummy, many people over-eat and sometimes too much of somethings are actually bad for your health. In certain conditions, there are no signs & symptoms of problems.
Thank you for a great, delicious recipe.

I just watched a new release on Netflix that explained the increased consumption of fructose and that 30.5% of Americans are obese. This overweight increased as the consumption of fructose increased.

Hi. I've enjoyed your videos over the last couple of years. I like your clear way if speaking and giving instructions and at times explaining things. However, your simple response of a Keto diet was not your best response. It may have been an easy response, but not helpful to many to leave out the fact that your metabolism, your genetic makeup is what helps you to maintain a slender figure. There is probably a lot more that you do or don't do. Hence, why the response was not a good one. Yes, I don't know you and I am only making assumptions. Just as you did with your one response, which will not fit all.
