However, your simple response of a Keto diet was not your best response. It may have been an easy response, but not helpful to many to leave out the fact that your metabolism, your genetic makeup is what helps you to maintain a slender figure. There is probably a lot more that you do or don't do. Hence, why the response was not a good one. Yes, I don't know you and I am only making assumptions. Just as you did with your one response, which will not fit all.
