Great video… creamy, mouth watering, decadently rich… yum! Got to be careful not to eat it all at once. You were right in remembering to portion it out especially since I usually eat alone. Thanks Chef Jack

Someone else mentioned that they'd like more breakfast videos and I think that's a great idea to add. In terms of what to continue, I'd say your recent change to add more humour into your narration and editing is working really well, so continue with that!

Obviously, not all recipes are suitable for freezing, but for those which are, would it be possible to give instructions on what stage you should freeze at, and if you should reduce the cooking times if freezing, because freezing can sometimes have the effect of having cooked for quite a bit longer than you should have.

Additional advice on re-heating would be much appreciated too thanks.

    P. S. In the UK, we call them chestnut mushrooms – just to confuse everyone 😂

Would love to see how you make your stocks from all those scraps. I’m also really into reducing food waste, so I’d love to see how you stock your fridge or plan your weeks meals.

Absolutely love your channel though, it feels really down to earth and I love the explanations for things and what they do to the dish

Would love to see you do more work with meats in the kitchen. Living in an apartment without access to a grill or smoker gives limited options. You're great at explaining food science to the layman so I'd enjoy seeing your approach to cooking protein-centric meals or just how to prepare different types of proteins.

My one request would be some low/er calorie meal prep videos for those of us needing to maintain a calorie deficit while exercising. Your cream based dishes are VERY appealing, but they're a no-go right now. Thank you.

    Solicited advice 😁
You have 422k subscribers for a reason. You are obviously a hard worker and a great teacher. The only thing I would change is production quality. Sound and lighting seem a bit abrasive. I really do mean "a bit". It's almost there. Just needs some softness. Keep doing your thing though. I'll still watch it!
