Just a thought, crisp up the patties on both sides THEN do your thang with the onions.

After the cheese and before stacking the patties, add jalapeños and nachos on the bottom patty for a little crunch and bite. Then finish off with some of Sam’s righteous burger sauce on the bottom bun and then either siracha ketchup or relish on top.

That’s my take on the perfect burger

    🍔 = 😃

We've been making Oklahoma burgers for a while but I just got a Blackstone and making that today as my first cook.

    Can't wait.

I totally believe it when Sam says it's one of the best burgers he's ever had.

Looks amazing! You guys should make a Michigan Olive Burger. It has green spanish olives and typically a mayo based sauce. They supposedly originated at a restaurant near Flint Michigan. (Just dont import the water, lol) The Halo Burger franchise is one in that area that always has this burger on their menu, as does lots of other places around the state.
