'Pollo a la brasa' is what it's called and it's a testament to how great Peruvian cuisine is. it's normally served with a dressed salad, fries and aji salsas which are a creamy spicy delicious sauce.
Another great video guys. I have made and enjoyed many of your recipes but I do have a request, please do a video on how to make a Chicago style Italian beef sandwich. They are absolutely amazing.
