The first thing that made me know this was gonna go right is that you said oxtail minus the โsโ ๐ We donโt typically blend our veggies tho. We transfer everything from the pressure cooker to a pot and then add them with some drained and rinsed butter beans and voila! This definitely gets full marks tho chef! ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฏ๐ฒ

I also agree about the flavor in a pressure cooker. So now I use the crockpot.

as a jamaican this was well done and looks delicious!! although we typically dont strain the gravy and finish it seperate, do it all in one pot and the meat sits in it to soak in all that deliciousness ๐
