The first thing that made me know this was gonna go right is that you said oxtail minus the โ€˜sโ€™ ๐Ÿ˜… We donโ€™t typically blend our veggies tho. We transfer everything from the pressure cooker to a pot and then add them with some drained and rinsed butter beans and voila! This definitely gets full marks tho chef! ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ฒ

as a jamaican this was well done and looks delicious!! although we typically dont strain the gravy and finish it seperate, do it all in one pot and the meat sits in it to soak in all that deliciousness ๐Ÿ˜‹

Yeah. He ended the segment as he walked off-camera to spit that fire out of his mouth. He couldn't talk. That's why he didn't come back. ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ Adding a second scotch bonnet. Jesus.

Pro Tip: SIP THE SCOTCH BONNET. It will blow out your taste buds for hours. The Jerk Seasoning is wicked on its own, but to add the scotch bonnet…? No. Don't do it. Test the heat, but do not follow this recipe to the letter. You will waste that $11.99 per pound oxtails.
