Hope you do a chef’s challenge about curry, and that one of the guys do a vegetarian one. I’m curious about if there would be as much taste when using chickpeas instead of chicken

On another note, Karan is great with his laid back yet still passionate presentation

World-food is a great theme for inviting experts – German potato-salad, Greek Mousakka, Latino Arepa etc – but how about a master-class in traditional British dishes?

The best curry I've ever had was in Sri Lanka. I've never attempted to make a curry at home because I feel intimidated but this video kinda gave me a bit of confidence to try haha

Kottu Roti is what introduced me to Sri Lankan food. Such a great dish for a number of reasons and great to see it getting some airtime on your channel! Karan was charismatic and awesome on camera too. Definitely want to see him again.

Karan's tips on all the different elements were so helpful – why the tomato skin doesn't break down, the separation of the oil and veg, the onion and garlic tips, etc. Great info for home cooks!

Really really amazing video. Karan is a super guest. Have to confess I almost didn't get started with this video after watching the Uncle Roger one, who was basically an irritant and a waste of time. But I'm so glad I did. I'll properly look into some of his work elsewhere. Huge props for this video, though.
