With so many different methods and ingredients out there, making any tasty curry can be tricky for the novice home cook. That’s why we’ve roped in our good …
I love the guest chef videos! Feels like great community building. Well done, SORTED!
I made the curry yesterday and it was amazing!
Would really like more 'Common mistakes' videos!
Loved the video guys, so much so I'm cooking the curry with my Dad tomorrow.
I love Karan! I love how they didn't put the home version down. They said it's not as amazing but still white good. I love it.
Roti feels very similar to 炒饼, a Chinese dish where left over pancakes are stir fried
Loved this video! Love from Sri Lanka!
Karan had a great screen presence! Would love to see more of him!
More Karan please!…😁
Hope you do a chef’s challenge about curry, and that one of the guys do a vegetarian one. I’m curious about if there would be as much taste when using chickpeas instead of chicken
Love this. If I am allergic to coconut, what other oil and milk can I use to get the same results?
You should do allergy replacement episode.
I LOVE KARAN.
I had the same shocked face as Jamie, Barry and Mike did henBen called them three “our common mistakes” 😯
On another note, Karan is great with his laid back yet still passionate presentation
Just had to cook this. Couldn't get a hold of pandan and curry leaves, still tasted amazing. The method just makes such a difference.
World-food is a great theme for inviting experts – German potato-salad, Greek Mousakka, Latino Arepa etc – but how about a master-class in traditional British dishes?
Curry chef skills! 🥳🥳🥳
bring Karan Back!!!
I am excited to try this with my home grown tomatoes when they are ready!
Karan is a pro, I just learned that he was a lawyer before moving to the culinary world!
Really enjoyed this!!!
A most common Curry mistakes that doesn't feature James somehow feels like a big sorted spitball straight to my face 😉
It's really hard for me to watch a Sorted video about curry without James.
Love guest chefs.
The high visibility blue bandage… Shows you he's just come off working in a real kitchen lmao
If that was Ben during filming, what is he like off the camera o.O
The best curry I've ever had was in Sri Lanka. I've never attempted to make a curry at home because I feel intimidated but this video kinda gave me a bit of confidence to try haha
Kottu Roti is what introduced me to Sri Lankan food. Such a great dish for a number of reasons and great to see it getting some airtime on your channel! Karan was charismatic and awesome on camera too. Definitely want to see him again.
The sound of these fucking plates. I hate it xD
How did Karan's curry become so smooth? For how long did it simmer?
Woahh roti canai hahaha
Id love to see more Sri Lankan food. to me this was extremely interesting
32 years of living in India never seen anyone put the stem of the curry leaves. Usually we pluck them.
I vote this guy to come back again
If you can get the chance to get out of London. Nutmeg in clifton village Bristol. I used to work round the corner and it blew my mind. Hopefully its still one the menu but the on the bone lamb shank and the Monkfish Mole
Utterly perfect
That kottu roti looks SO delicious, OMG. And Karan was a wonderful expert guest! Please have him back!
Karan's tips on all the different elements were so helpful – why the tomato skin doesn't break down, the separation of the oil and veg, the onion and garlic tips, etc. Great info for home cooks!
"most common curry mistakes are: making curry."
Chef skills! Yes please! And I agree, bring him back to help judge…
Karan is one of the kindnest chefs you've had on! I love him and would love to see more of him! He needs his own cooking channel! 😀
Just watch get curried, an Indian food channel from India, not UK!
Bring him back, we only learned 0.0005% of his little finger
Really really amazing video. Karan is a super guest. Have to confess I almost didn't get started with this video after watching the Uncle Roger one, who was basically an irritant and a waste of time. But I'm so glad I did. I'll properly look into some of his work elsewhere. Huge props for this video, though.
Currybattle, Karan vs Ben. The normals pick the winner, but don't know which curry cooked who. Make it happen 😋
