    Your videos are great, but…..we tend to bake with a lot less sugar here in Oz. Could you post some recipes for everyday foods (like cheesecake!!) With less sugar. I'm afraid to reduce the sugar by half in case it doesn't turn out properly.thanks .

    I keep my home cold. My butter out on the counter is never soft. What is the best 'warming' method to get ingredients to "room temp"?? I cannot have my home warmer – that is not an option.

    Stupid conclusion. A solid pan and no instruction on how to remove a custard cake from the pan? Waste of my time, there are plenty other excellent cheesecake recipes to try.
