Made this recipe today. To be honest, I have always been quite scared to do a whole chicken in the air fryer. Amazingly the chicken turned out amazing. Crispy skin abs super tender and moist on the inside. I have a picture of the amazing roast but too bad couldn’t share it here. Family loved and finished it! 😉 thanks for the recipe!
Please provide time for bigger size chicken. Mine was about 2.5 lbs and didn’t cook thoroughly. Taste is definitely there!

Instead of white rice wine, can I use Shaoxing or Huatiao? Any difference between the 3? only cook on weekends so don't want to overstock the kitchen.
