Been watching this here and there during my free time since it was released. And just….Holy crap. When I first saw a 12 hour video on my feed I thought it was a joke and if not then it would be dragged on and drop in quality over time as timelines got longer and longer. But I'm honestly so impressed. You made a full 12 hour video that I was hooked every minute of it. I won't lie I've NEVER watched survivor in my life. I've seen every parody of it but never watched an episode and getting that much of an indepth analysis was amazing. Not only recaps but team dynamics, the production woes, the legacy of each survivor. You did freaking amazing Jordan! You executed this flawlessly!

Russell played this game incredibly wrong. This show is about skills and relationships, if the group you played with get to vote if you win or not then relationships are most important. He threw that out the window with a great example of how toxic masculinity is isolating and not well received in person.

I love this show, it holds a special part in my heart, I’m about 25 now and I remember growing up it was her tradition to have dinner ready for the family so she could have time to catch survivor (before streaming obviously)
It brought back a lot of wonderful memories of when I would come in to her room to see her and how she would scream during the challenges, pick out her favorite people, and being sometimes emotionally impacted by players departure.
I think since this was during what I like to refer to as the (water break chat era) it made it so much easier to connect with the characters, when you have to wait to see what happens, you subconsciously start to wonder, why did this person do this, how do they feel about this, how will they react to this. Wether your assumptions were correct or not you seemingly bond with the contestants over your thoughts on how they will proceed. A lot of that is lost when you can just binge the show.
Thank you for making the time to create this, I don’t often have time to watch full seasons of shows so to be able to watch this in chunks has been very enjoyable 🎉
I need to watch this in parts. I promise I’ll get through it over this next week.
