I used to like only Ansyontang Ramen, but recently tried the Shin Ramen Black. Omg, it's delicious even on it's own! Will definitely try it your way. PS tried regular Shin Ramen and didn't like it as much.

This was spectacular and I just made it! I had daikon kim chee that I cooked with femented kimchee and OMGee for sure! I didn't have soy sprouts or green onions and gonna get some to try it again. I used a ichiban ramen and it was yum! Have a Happy New Year! Mahalo and Aloha from Maui!
I will usually add kimchi to my instant noodles but not quite this method. I'm definitely going to try.
