There's no substitute for building the flavours when cooking a curry ( caramelise the onions, brown the chicken, cook off the curry powder etc) even when using a pressure cooker. I know you're a better cook than this and I don't think you would be happy to serve such an anaemic looking chicken dish such as this. Please stick to the high standards which this channel is known for and please don't encourage such laziness.
