The recipe in the description has some inconsistencies compared to the video! You forgot to mention when to add the beef back in and also the Worcestershire sauce.
The video is amazing, it definitely inspires me to cook, I can’t wait to make it.
This recipe looks absolutely awesome but i didnt like the inclusion of beef stock cubes. I mean come on, there's gotta be a better alternative than that. It was going so well with everything from ground up and then all of a sudden, stock cubes. Just doesn't fit the theme man. The video is very artistic and well presented overall but I just can't get over that one part.
Is there a substitute for the red wine as I don’t consume alcohol (even if it does get cooked out)? Thanks!
