    I care about health – but also the lean life like you. So, do you not drink coffee? I like to drink coffee with toast or snack bars. If I only ate raw fruit for morning meal I would not enjoy my coffee. Just curious if you gave up coffee?

    I attempted Keto for a while & all that fat made me sick. Tried strict vegan and sadly, that didn't work. Still having fish/meats but now fruit/potatoes added back – much better! I like watching your videos because I can relate to switching diets til you find what works.

    Here is what I’ve learned from Vegetable police videos:
    – he can eat fish
    – he can eat meat
    – he can eat fruits
    – he can eat rice and potatoes
    Sounds like a good diet to me.

    In my opinion based on my eperience and somebody who is a kidney stone producing factory, keto will give one kidney stones if they consume high oxalted food. Almonds is a big one. It's not just the nuts but also the flour or probably, especially the flour. Also, there are quite a few vegetables that are high in oxalates. Stay away from those and in my experience, the stones stay away.

    Hamburger and pizza is literally the perfect food. People gain fat because of sugar addiction. I'm binge eating as much meat, bread, grains, butter and milk I can stuff myself with, and I'm literally losing weight, while being not as active as I'd like to be. At 30 years old. I eat 0 sugar though, none of what I eat is sweet. My abs are also visible.

    And yeah, I tried it all, also was vegan for a year, and fruitarian for like a week. You won't gain too much fat, but you'll also gain no muscle and you have 0 hope of ever getting any taller, if you're still capable. With no protein and no calcium, I think you might actually shrink.
