    Just tried it. If I can get the acid and salt right, then I’ll give up chicken for good. Any tips? 🤔

    The only modifications I made:
    I used Gochujang instead of hot sauce. Prefer it to hot sauce.
    I used lemon juice and a little sugar instead pickle brine. Didn’t have any.
    I used extra nutritional yeast instead of mushroom powder. Didn’t have any.
