    Avocado oil is my go-to oil. It has no flavor, is a good for you oil, and has a smoke point of 500*. It can even be used in cake baking. I found all ingredients needed for this on Amazon, thanks, Flo!

    Flo, pls check-out the Omega 6 to 3 ratio of vegetable oils and sesame seeds and sesame seed oil. Too much Omega 6 is a source of inflammation in the body. Lots of good information on Utube about the negative affects of hydrogenated oils. Look forward to adapting recipe for one person.
