    You may use your eyeballs but for others benefit to explore making the food or new cooks…like college students, newly married or people moving out on their own a basic recipe with approximately this much of an ingredient would be a great aid. I find myself being asked that a LOT. Especially if it's something they've mever made

    I told my friend I used my Chinese eyeballs when measuring ingredients for my wonton soup. “Aren’t you half Chinese?” Pfft! My measuring eyeballs are fully Chinese.

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE water chestnuts! But my husband hates them! It's the only food he doesn't eat. And since he's a trained chef, I've been at his mercy for 15yrs of marriage😅😅
