LOL, love the subtle product placement! Cute. Chicago here. It's only 10:16am here. Of course watching this 2 days later, Thursday. But I like the easier version of Char Siu Pork. Definitely will have to try and make this this weekend. I've lost track of how many of your recipes I've made and post them on FB, friends are jealous that I don't cook for them! I haven't been disappointed! Do you have any easy quick dessert recipes?

I too am unable to watch #MakeItWednesday but love the concept. It’s whiskicito hour here in Andorra. Our new home doesn’t always have all the ingredients but so love the fact that there can always be substitutes with your recipes. Can’t wait to get your new cookbook which is in our shipment. Cheers Hayley

Thank you Marion for this amazing recipe my husband and I loved it! We saw it yesterday Tuesday time here in Washington DC and today Wednesday I went down to Chinatown to get the Char sui sauce and the butcher to get the pork cut (they didn’t know what cut I was talking about, 😂) I am a huge fan!! And so is the hubs! Sending big hugs from Washington DC!

I actually cauliflower fried rice tonight as we are trying to watch the carb intake. Not nearly as satisfying as REAL fried rice, but it got the job done…. We’re fed. 😆

Hello from South Africa. Your recipes are my literal favorite and my husband loves them too which is a bonus. Made your Vietnamese curry last Wednesday. Soo yummy husband basically ate all the fried rice before it even made it to the plate 😂😂

I’m in Melbourne drinking a cheeky Chardonnay. Cooking this tonight as well as chicken enchiladas. Weird combo but it’s a solid back up if my daughter doesn’t like the enchiladas because she loves your recipes

UK 1am. I was taught to make egg fried rice while living in Singapore by my best mates mum she mixed the "stirfry sauce" with the eggs and added that to the rice. Acouple of decades later in Hong Kong i took classes in cooking local food and they also added the egg mix to the rice rather than omlette it. After returning to the UK i was lucky enough to get tickets to a Ken Hom cooking demo and he to added the eggs to the rice rather than omlette break it up an stir it in. Is the omletting the egg a regional way of doing egg fried rice or the easy version for western cooks? I like that you used LKK char sui sauce and i will try your mums wedge onions method. Take care, God bless one and all.
