Amazing! Not only the PB2 but also using the Bob Mills potato. Many times I cannot be bothered cooking potatoes so I forget about making the sauce.

Just made your broccoli,rice and cheese sauce. So good! I did have to add water to instant pot because it started to burn. I added 1 cup water but I think 1/2 cup would work too
I've never seen the cashew powder, that is awesome!! I usually use oatmeal in place of the nuts but this would definitely be an option. I LOVE your recipe. I've been using it since the summer, it's been my go to cheddar sauce recipe. Have some in the fridge now. Yummy 😋
Love your idea of using cashew powder! I usually use silken tofu in place of cashews but I like that this option is also low-fat. 🙌

For those of us whom can't eat or do not like nuts, the bean version – or – cauliflower (to really lower the calorie content) works well.

So great! I did not know PB2 made cashew powder! Just ordered. I also have a quart of cheeze sauce in the fridge right now that I made with a cup of whole cashews. We be eatin' some cheeze sauce around here.
