    Gonna try the butter, miso, garlic – that sounds yummy. However – I would never salt patatoes before cooking if they are for mashed potatoes – without the salt, you'll never have problems with gummy patatoes.

    in Germany (Potatoeland🙃) there are sooo many different Potatoes. For mashed potatoes we use soft-cooking potatoes, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg and butter. So its different. Next time i will try your version, the miso sounds really good and garlic… my first name is garlic😍🤤

    But in my recipe, I'd never miss nutmeg. Maybe the best spice for any form of potatoes.

    agh… my dilemma is that I need to be on a no fat vegan diet so no coconut milk (cholesterol) and no vegan butters etc.. yeah, having a high cholesterol amount in your blood with cholesterol build up in a brain blood vessel doesn't help. Your recipes are wonderful though, maybe one day. Meanwhile, it's plain potatoes for me (roasted in the air fryer) yum
