    Alright so I'm currently baking this. Almost 30 minutes in the oven & I realize you indicated to cover it tightly🙈 So, I just covered it up and put it back in (plus added 5 minutes back on the timer). I'll update the results LOL

    Hey just made this for my vegan neighbours yesterday I didn't have vegan Mozzarella so used regular Mozzarella not sure if that makes a difference they loved it said the cheese I used was better then the one they use at home many thanks

    Wow I learned something new I didnt know I didnt have to cook the noodles and could do it like that. Also question so said 2 bags of mozzarella cheese did you add most of the cheese to the pot and leave just a little to spinkle on the top?
