Soup-er indeed! I need to do this more with braising… i get the broth so muddy when making short ribs or whatever but I’m too lazy to strain it 😂 lil infuser for the win
Maybe I'm doing this wrong… But i have only ever bought 1 thing of cheese cloth. I just throw them in the laundry after using them. Sure, they don't last forever, but i haven't had the need to throw any of them out yet.
I feel like I haven't seen your stuff that much even tho I've been subbed for months. Damn YouTube formula got me sidetracked from people I actually follow
I use a hop spider. Kinda overkill, but basically an oversize version of this designed for keeping hop particles out of a 5gal batch of beer. Mine can handle over a quart of material and has hooks so you can hang it on the inside lip of the pot. Works great if you are making a monster pot of stock. Maybe I'll grab one of these for smaller 1 or 2 gallon batches.
Oh my God! I have several different tea diffusers and absolutely never thought of using them this way. You could do it with Garnie bouquet with things such as bay leaf etc that you don't want to worry about accidentally eating. This is so great.
we sure do love our random english words, but to be fair english speakers love slapping random chinese or japanese characters on shirts or permanently on their bodies
It’s SOUPer useful! 😂
Great tool! I often infuse nettles in my broth and it's super messy straining it out. Will try this. I have a few of these.
It’s always the simplest things…. BRILLIANT! ❤
Great idea!
I still don't know why he uses it.

Super smart idea!

Checks out I used to buy Chinese cigarettes called “ double happiness “
Dude. You just saved me so much time making oil for edibles. I love you.
It looks solid until you see something through it
Who TF use cheese cloth for soup broth….. Lol
I'm going to look up "big a–tea strainer" now.
Holy shit, why did I never think of this.
What do you place in this gadget?
This is fuggin genius
I knew what it was🎉

What do you do with it?
Wait but will the broth get a little metallic taste
I haven't seen a metal one. I usually make a sachet with a coffee filter and butcher twine. Nice to see a reusable version.
Fantastic advice! Gonna look for one now. Btw is that Monster Hunter Rise music in the background? It sounds super familiar
What about rusting?
I never even thought of that… 🤯
That's smart! Thanks for the tip, dude!
Lol @ "it's probably a Chinese company because they're really good at just mashing two words together"
Ya know you can wash cheesecloth
Small metal byproduct will go into the food. no thank you
