I think you made 1/2 OZ meatballs. 3 lbs of chuck is 48 grams of meat. I know you added volume w the other ingredients, but I doubt you doubled the mass.
You also made caution of "overworking the meat" so there is probably a bit of air trapped in those juicy nuggets.

Hey buddy I cooked your spaghetti sauce and meatballs and it was amazing but I just had one question how do I make a thicker spaghetti sauce to where it attaches to the meat and the noodles a little more but that's the only thing other than that man the flavors were amazing I am not going to lie
