There is only 1 dairy that I can use with eggs anymore and makes them both cheesy and creamy…. Ready for it…. Wait for it…. Cottage cheese! Won’t have it any other way. Give it a shot. You won’t be disappointed.
I have a pan and spatula specifically for eggs. Nothing else touches that pan except butter and eggs. I always salt and pepper my eggs raw and add heavy cream. Sprinkle a little shredded Dubliner at the end, perfect!
I add 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder (per egg) and use the Nutri-bullet blender. Cook them on low to medium-low to give the eggs time to lift and get airy. Eggs are entirely homogenized and so light and fluffy, almost like a souffle.
In my opinion you completely ruined those eggs. They were definitely way overcooked, likely over too high of a heat judging by how quickly they cooked, and the folding technique combined with overcooking resulted in large and small / unevenly sized and varying cooked pieces of egg. Jacques Pepin can show you how to scramble eggs, if you're curious, and he's on youtube. THAT is how to do it.
Love this! There is a trick to scrambled eggs, I use milk but have not tried the heavy cream. I am definitely trying this! I would try anything you make Jeffery! ❤ I have tried many of your recipes, and just love them. I just finished making your beef stroganoff! Really amazing! Thanks for all you do to keep us fed and sooo happy!
For omelets use water instead of milk. Instead of constant folding add filling after 2 min lower temp and just one fold over let it set then flip for a minute.
Do you know about "The Trick" to get unwanted egg shells bits out after you cracked them? Just use the remaining egg shell half and for some reason will be much easier than trying that balancing act with a spoon.😢
I remember Graham Kerr saying that if you add milk to make scrambled eggs, they'll come out watery. If you use water instead, they'll come out perfectly. Yours look delicious and perfect!
Cook them in peanut oil and you’ll never use olive oil for scrambled eggs again! 😎🤘🏻❤️
This is how I’ve been making my scrambled eggs for years…good to know I’ve been doing it right lol

I fry my eggs in bacon drippings.
How long do I set the instant pot for?
Are you gonna start branching off from instant pot recipes. Do different ones

I use non dairy milk unsweetened, and my eggs turn out fine.
If i take a bite of an egg and my tongue touches undone egg, i get sick. It's hard for me to get a done egg that is fluffy.
Try real mayonnaise instead of the cream…so good and fluffy 😊
Sour cream is an amazing ingredient in the eggs

I know Gordon Ramesy uses crème fraiche…
