This looks great. I didn't know you could cook quinoa like that, I just cook it like rice, 1 part quinoa to 2 parts water, bring to a boil and turn down to a simmer for 15 minutes. It fluffs up perfectly!

I think I will always need you to remind me to 'clean as you go'- I am a great procrastinator 😄
Also, that salad looks sooo good. I made pasta salad this week, looks like it'll be quinoa salad next week. Thanks!

I just remembered I have a small butternut squash in my pantry! ooooh…and there's quinoa in there as well …. a zucchini, a yellow squash…. hmmmm This seems pretty doable

Thank you for this recipe suggestion! I made it. I liked the dressing, but next time, I will the divide quinoa & veggies into two parts & keep half without a dressing. I value your continued efforts to share your recipes and life!

    I'm in Australia
I get so sad I can't buy your salad dressings and spice mixes 😢 I can't find any whole food no oil and sugar added dressings here in Australia

I came here looking to see if you had Amazon affiliate links. I noticed the rack that you have in the bottom of your sink that prevents you getting any backwash into your strainer and I really want one. Do you remember where you got it?

Looks delicious! And I loved the tip about cooking the grains simply, I started doing that after one of your other videos and it works fine every time, I don’t know why manufacturers complicate it with very careful times and methods (and special rice cookers). Thanks again!!🌱🌎☮️🦋🍄

Here's a small tip, while ur prepping ur veggies, u can put the Quinoa on a sheet tray
& place it in the oven with the oven off. The few mins it takes u to prep ur veggies
gives the Quinoa enough time to dry off on a sheet pan with the oven off, but yet
warm from the previously cycle. I've tried it & it works! Thanks for sharing:)

I might try cooking the quinoa with curry powder. But the turmeric alone made it look so pretty.
Im wondering. Can the extra water from cooking the quinoa be used for anything, or would it be off tasting from the quinoa. Has anyone used it, or tried it.
