DELICIOUS! This was the dinner we needed tonight. We substituted the cashews in the parmesan with lightly roasted sunflower seeds because they grow in Europe (and the US), are cheaper and less critical when it comes to environmental and social issues because unfortunately, there is often child labor and insufficient health safety for the workers involved in cashew harvesting/processing 🙁 Therefore, I avoid using them lately or only for sweet recipes, where sunflower seeds would change the flavor too much. Thank you for the recipe!

This was delicious! I am vegan but my husband and children are not and this worked for all of us. I used homemade oat milk instead of cows milk and they didn’t know the difference. Do you have any other recipes like this? Or will you be coming out with more?

May I ask why you only eat gluten free pasta, especially since you have the bread there that is not gluten free? What could possibly be wrong with plain durum wheat pasta for someone who does not have celiac disease or does not have a noticeable reaction to it right after eating it?

Loved this thank you!! I would like to go to Italy with some friends later this year but my hubby and I are low fat WFPB. Do you have any advice or recommendations? We would like to eat out with them but are unsure if there are enough options. I am hoping for the Amalfi coast. Maybe a video on this? Please?

Looks amazing! I remember when you showed this from Lauren’s @hotforfood ebook, Nothing But Noods, and said you were able to make a great version without vodka and oil. She has some really delish recipes! Nice to see you make it. I will have to give it a try!
