Wow looks amazing. I might have to give this a go. Whenever I try making a ham, it always, I mean always comes out dry. Would love to see how you make a ham. Christmas is coming. β€οΈπŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

Interesting technique, basically a steamed rib. This is how Outback and a few other chains used to do their racks back when I was still in the industry. Cool video, should help a lot of folksπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

I actually baked babyback ribs in the oven today, so great seeing you eating so well also!!!! I do use the liquid smoke as a binder, but I also add a teaspoon or less of pink salt to give my ribs a little bit of a smoke ring in the oven. I haven't seen that Texas rub from McCormick! I'll have to check it out! Great looking ribs brother CJ!!!! Cheers to ya my brother!

Will definitely make this soon. I'm from Toronto, Canada. Tonight, it's chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, and white gravy. So far, need practice. Coating mostly on plate, not the steak.
