Broccoli cheese and rice casserole is one of my Favorites! I have my grandma's recipe that uses Minute rice. I'd like to make it with long grain white rice but don't know how to adjust the recipe for such? I welcome tips!

cream cheese to the pudding is how it's done in my neck of the woods. BUT I make my pudding like my mama, that means making the pudding from scratch, no instant, and I place my vanilla cookies along the side of the bowl it looks pretty..after the pudding is finished cooking, whip in softened cream cheese…and since I make my pudding, I use the egg whites to make 7 minute frosting instead of cool whip,
