Not saying it's not tasty, but to me it looks extremely overcooked. Once eggs hit that slightly overcooked mark, they become rubbery and they have a funny taste. That's just my opinion though.

Where i go wrong is i worry it wont be cooked on top so i end up just breaking it apart like a scrambled egg, but its still nice to eat.
