Sisi mi, Ose for another banger. I have never licked my mouth this much while watching a video. Hmmmm hmmm hmmm. I recreated your party jollof rice and moi moi and might I add- it was DELICIOUSLY DELICIOUS. My husband was just licking his fingers. I consider the process to achieving good and tasty meals to be a work of art, and Sisi Jemimah you have that ART. Your cooking skills hmmmmm is out of this world. Thank you for sharing your beautiful gift with the world. Lovvvveee you. Remain blessed.

Never defrost in the microwave because you should never buy frozen meat or previously frozen meat, Especially chicken, Freezing the chicken makes it tough and it does something to the texture of the meat just try it.
