It's the nutmeg that is strange to me, I will try using nutmeg in my next moi moi cooking and peeling the bean with mortal and pistle as you've shown in your previous video. Every other ingredients and methods I have tried them.
The moi moi looks inviting. Thanks for sharing.

loool that's crazy…I grew up using aluminum foil….folding it was my only job πŸ˜‚ I grew up thinking everyone used this method
I'm sort of disappointed that my mom did not hear about the bad press, the method of folding them was tedious πŸ˜• especially since my mom loved making huge batches lol

The color of the whole food is just so inviting. I hate when cornedbeef tin does that. Spanner to the rescue, lol. I usually use tin cutter to open mine. God bless hubby for folding the foils.

There is this reusable moinmoin foil in the market which saves time. It comes in 100 packs. Cheap and good. You can also get it on Amazon. I am sure Flo knows about it but just teaching us how to use the foil. Thanks Flo for your usual delicious delicacies
